- Before Production Begins: Orders can be canceled at no charge before production has started on the custom logos or stickers. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at kyc@plexusltd.com.
- After Production Has Begun: Due to the custom nature of our products, once production has started, we cannot accept cancellations. If there are any concerns about your order, please contact us to discuss potential solutions.
Refunds Policy
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you receive is defective or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at kyc@plexusltd.com. We will require photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Eligible complaints will receive a full refund or replacement, as preferred by the customer.
- Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your order due to our shipping error, we will offer a full refund or resend the products at no additional charge. Please report non-delivery within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
- Other Issues: If there are any other issues with your order, please reach out to us, and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis to find a satisfactory resolution.
Processing Refunds
